These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and m.55bmw ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the m.55bmw website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

m.55bmw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the m.55bmw platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m.55bmw login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m.55bmw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

m.55bmw may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All transactions on the m.55bmw platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted.

m.55bmw does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited payment methods will be declined and the funds returned to the originating account.

m.55bmw reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.55bmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

m.55bmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m.55bmw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m.55bmw does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

m.55bmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary account closure — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
